An interpretation of Mothman. I had a lot of trouble trying to decide how to approach this one, since there aren’t many photos of him ;)
Witnesses draw him sometimes with bird-like wings with feathers, with a touch of bat. Some incorporate markings that resemble eyespots on a butterfly or moth.
This pair of wings is corset-friendly, with convertible straps.
Fortunately for 12-year-old me, The Mothman Prophecies was rated PG-13 so I was allowed to watch it (on VHS) soon after it first came out. Loved the movie so of course I needed to get the book and learn about all things Mothman.
